DILLON
DILLON - Martinique rum Since 1779
Like all AOC Martinique rhums, DILLON rhums are therefore agricultural rhums.
But for DILLON, the word agricultural takes on its full meaning.
DILLON is above all its sugar cane fields, located on the northern part of the island of Martinique, in the Basse Pointe region.
Its proximity with the distillery guarantees a perfect freshness of the canes during their crushing and finally to recover a very high quality.

Labelled Quality : the A.O.C Martinique
Dillon rhums have benefited from AOC Martinique since its creation in 1996 (it is the only AOC Rum in the world), and offer quality rhums, for a wide target.
The AOC Martinique means that the sugar cane is cultivated with respect for the land and natural cycles, that the distillation and aging if there is any, are made in Martinique (in a selection of 23 municipalities), but also that rhum is an agricultural rhum, therefore distilled from fresh cane juice (the cane is pressed and directly distilled), which allows to have powerful aromas, an incomparable quality.
